Project Space was established in July 2007 as a successor of the USAID Commercial Law Reform Program (CLRP) implemented by BearingPoint Inc. After completing one of USAID’s most successful projects in Bulgaria, CLRP team members created a  consulting company providing expertise in project design, management and evaluation. Project Space has worked with a large number of companies, from all sectors and sizes. It provides expertise both locally, as well as to countries in the Western Balkans and the Caucasus.
